Earthfire Institute is a wild animal sanctuary and retreat center founded in 2001. We’re also a licensed animal rehabilitation center providing recovery and release for orphaned and injured small mammals. 

Fourteen years of financial and inspirational support from the annual Tin Cup Challenge have nurtured the dreams of our founders to become realities benefitting all of the animals under our care and creating more employment opportunities. With help from Tin Cup Challenge promotional events, we’ve also improved our local profile and expanded our ability to share our message of Reconnection Ecology® locally and globally to address ongoing crises affecting our wild Earth which includes humanity.
